Super happy with a bench PR. I was afraid that my injury had set me way back, but 195 felt super light yesterday.
Incline Bench
5 sets of 10 with 95.
Pullups
+5 chain around neck
10,10,10,5,5,5,5.
Conditioning
Hand over Hand sled pulls
Finished up with 3 sets of 20 on face pulls with resistance tubes. Nothing heavy, just trying to get some slow controlled reps.

Squats 3's week
Another good workout. Had to grind out my last working set a bit.
Warmup
Dragging sled for 2-3 minutes
Band Stomps
Squats
Off a box well below parallel

Deads
5 sets of 185x10 (conventional)
Assistance/Conditioning
4 Sled Drags/ Box Squats with sandbag on shoulder/Leg Raises with chain
^^2 cycles of that. We'd superset all three and switch whenever the person finished the sled drags.
Didn't get much stretching in yesterday. Planning on doing some rolling, drags, and stretching tonight.
