I also can't oly squat. I think part of it is I've always tried to avoid knee travel. And with the close stance, my knees need to come forward.

Yeah. I already caught myself looking at mondays heavy squats and thinking "I could go heavier"
But I know he had a plan in mind when he set up these training blocks so I'll follow it as exactly as I can.
I do have to make a few substitutions for lack of equipment, but I try to find a similar movement and keep it close.
lol. I'm more of a focus person depending on the day.
He hasn't perfected his timing yet. It's like he thinks "Oh, brandon is chalking his hands, I should start a conversation before he makes it to the bar"
I'm trying to do more during the weekends. I got up each time with the baby then, but when I've gotta work at 6 and she gets to sleep she's taken a few more feedings than me.
She's been nice about splitting it up so far, I'm surprised, because she's a very grumpy person.
