    Any help from you professionals?

    Hi guys..

Was just wondering what workout would be best for me to bulk up and get stronger? I currently am in the gym most days along side basketball training and football training. Don't know fully what I'm doing in the gym to do although I know exercises for body parts and will usually do a full body routine each day!

    Thanks for the help.

Playing any sport its pretty much always going to be the same thing. You gotta hit your legs hard and heavy, when I was playing football we did legs three days a week, and the athletes who I train also do legs three days a week, and see a lot of gains in strength and size. Try to do at least two days of upper body work with it, break it up if needed. The key to the best performance in sports is muscluar balance so dont overstimulate one muscle group and ignore its opposite. Core work 2-3 days is important as well.
