bulking diet

ok so i need to get my bulking diet sorted and i wasgiven this a while ago
i weight 130lbs 5ft9 and i'm 15

Bulking Diet:

Meal One (7am)
Glass of orange juice-250ml
1 Banana
Oatmeal with raisins and milk
4 – 6 Whole Eggs scrambled
10g Of Creatine Monohydrate
-Vitamins and minerals
-Calcium
-Flax Seed
-Vitamin B5
Strawberry Whey Protien Shake

Meal Two (9am)
2 Chicken Breast
1 Bowl of Fruit
1 Cup Skim Milk
Oatmeal

Meal Three (11am)
Chocolate Whey Protein Shake
. Orange Juice
. MCT oil (2 tbsp)
. Water

Pre-Workout Supplement (11:45 am)
Vanilla Whey Protien Shake - 30g
-BSN No-Explode
(Twenty minutes before workout)
Workout - (1-2hours long)

Meal Four (Post-Workout) - 45 mins after
4 egg whites warmed and Mixed With Oatmeal
2 TBSP MCT oil
40-60g Whey Protien Shake
Vitamins and minerals

Meal Five (hour after meal 4)
1 Bowl of Fruits
Oatmeal with milk
. 2 chicken breasts, cooked with chillis and low fat bbq sauce
Oatbar

Meal Six (4pm)
Chocolate Whey Protein Shake
1 BBQ'd Steak with TR BBQ Sauce
. MCT oil (2 tbsp)
. Water

Meal Seven (7pm)
Ground beef and chillis
Can of Tuna
Bowl Of Fruit
Water 1.5L

Meal Eight (9pm)
1 cup cottage cheese

if anyone else has any diets that they could share with me i would be very gratefull


i was give it by someone with a lot of experience but i think there is too much there. do you think i should take some of this out and if so what?

you weigh 130lbs? thats too much food imo, I don't eat quite that much and I weigh 60-70lbs more than you. Remember your aiming to gain 1-2lbs a week.

theres no vegetables, ditch the BBQ sauce and get some green in your diet

theres just some unappealing looking meals there as well

you need to count all those calories and see how much over your maintenance youre going, and you need more carbs preworkout and put the post workout OIL on your 5th meal, you dont want fat after you workout man, insulin is spiked, fat will be stored

idk the calorie count seems too high IMO...i wrestle 130 pounds and eat 2,600 calories to MAINTAIN my weight with intense practicing and workouts every day...after the season i plan on doing a slow clean bulk and im only gonna eat 2,700 cals on workout days...maybe lower it a bit and see how that works and adjust from there..

Might wanna up the fat on your latest plan a little bit. You should shoot for at least 20% of calories coming from fat.
