you weigh 130lbs? thats too much food imo, I don't eat quite that much and I weigh 60-70lbs more than you. Remember your aiming to gain 1-2lbs a week.
theres no vegetables, ditch the BBQ sauce and get some green in your diet
theres just some unappealing looking meals there as well
