Bulking Diet:
Meal One (7am)
Glass of orange juice-250ml
1 Banana
Oatmeal with raisins and milk
4 – 6 Whole Eggs scrambled
10g Of Creatine Monohydrate
-Vitamins and minerals
-Calcium
-Flax Seed
-Vitamin B5
Strawberry Whey Protien Shake
Meal Two (9am)
2 Chicken Breast
1 Bowl of Fruit
1 Cup Skim Milk
Oatmeal
Meal Three (11am)
Chocolate Whey Protein Shake
. Orange Juice
. MCT oil (2 tbsp)
. Water
Pre-Workout Supplement (11:45 am)
Vanilla Whey Protien Shake - 30g
-BSN No-Explode
(Twenty minutes before workout)
Workout - (1-2hours long)
Meal Four (Post-Workout) - 45 mins after
4 egg whites warmed and Mixed With Oatmeal
2 TBSP MCT oil
40-60g Whey Protien Shake
Vitamins and minerals
Meal Five (hour after meal 4)
1 Bowl of Fruits
Oatmeal with milk
. 2 chicken breasts, cooked with chillis and low fat bbq sauce
Oatbar
Meal Six (4pm)
Chocolate Whey Protein Shake
1 BBQ'd Steak with TR BBQ Sauce
. MCT oil (2 tbsp)
. Water
Meal Seven (7pm)
Ground beef and chillis
Can of Tuna
Bowl Of Fruit
Water 1.5L
Meal Eight (9pm)
1 cup cottage cheese
i was give it by someone with a lot of experience but i think there is too much there. do you think i should take some of this out and if so what?
