    Can I mix my pre-workout supp. with creatine?

    I'm using 'The Curse' as a pre-workout boost, which I tend to use about 30 min prior to workout.
    I also use BSN Cellmass.

    Would it be okay/wise to have the two at the same time (about 30 mins prior) or does it have an unwanted/useless effect?

    You can supplement with creatine at any time of the day. But with cellmass, read the directions, I think it says post wo. Someone else more knowledgable should chime in.

    About 5-10g.
    The instructions recommend 2 16g servings a day (each with about 4.6 of the creatine ingredients).

    I'm a little smaller so I figured about 1.2x16g servings (divided into two - 0.6g ea) would do. I'm 142lbs 5'8".

    it says on the the label to wait 2 hours after eating and to take 30 mins before to get best results
