    EZ-Curl Bar..,

So I have been using it for rows (underhanded & overhand) OHP, power cleans and deadlifts. And I have been able to do more weight than a regular barbell. What's weird is that its a big difference in numbers between using the EZ vs the BB. Like my overhand 1-3 Rep Max deadlift on a BB is a little over 225 and mixed is 375. But I was able to do 275 overhand easily on the EZ bar yesterday. And its pretty much a big difference on all exercises that I choose to use the EZ over the BB. Does it go the same for any of you too? Maybe its just because its easier to grip, idk. And do you know how much the EZ bar weighs, I'm guessing 10-20lbs??

Most EZ bars are 15 pounds.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
