So every morning i make an omelet with 6 eggwhites and a yolk..i've been using just green peppers. Well this morning, i did 1 ounce of each green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. I cooked up the veggies while the eggs and the oats were cooking, and they came out perfect. So i laid them in the middle of the omelet and folded it over, and then sat down and ate it. Wasn't really feeling the mushrooms, although the onions and peppers were good...but what other veggies would be good to go in an omelet? I was just using the mushrooms since they're so good for you, but im sure there's another veggie i could replace it with that tastes good...so lmk..thanks!

I just went to this old homestyle place up in the mountains last weekend. I had the most amazing omelet that consisted of:
-mushrooms
-spinach
-ham
-turkey
-grilled onions
-avocado
-light cheddar cheese
-egg whites
-sundried tomatos
It was awesome! When i usually order omelets, i just throw in all the veggies.... i love em all.

i like to keep it simple with onions and greens (spinach, turnip or collard).
if you get the frozen greens (or any frozen veg) they are way easy:
dump them frozen into the pan, shake in some dried chopped onion and add 1/4cup of water and cover. cook them for a couple minutes (until the veggies are no longer hard) then dump your egg mixture right on top and cover again...cook two minutes and done!
the water steams everything up (when covered) and cooks it fast...killer!"As sure as the world stands, you jf1 shall spend an eternity in Hell in eternal torment..."

I like red peppers, green peppers, onions, and sometimes tomato. I like my eggs really spicy. I dump so much cayenne pepper and black pepper on them it ain't even funny. Just a couple days ago though I discovered the orgasm that is Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Iv'e recently been LOADING up on that stuff in my eggs. I freaking love it. I suggest you try it out if you like spicy stuff.
