I handled it like this when my ex took off several years ago:
Her "new" guy could stay outside and load her stuff into the car while she picks up her stuff inside.
What you could do in order to shorten the procedure: Gather her stuff already and put it into boxes (if you got some) so the whole thing won't take that long.
But don't leave - they'll be far to tempted to steal some of your stuff.

Change the locks of your door afterwards - you don't know whether she got an extra copy of the key without you being aware of it.
