You're gonna have some fun with 5 grand worth of cals
If you are doing a classic reefed definitely wanna follow low fat as much as possible like spicyprice said. Just depends on how strict you are going to be about it. Increase CHO 50-100% and protein 1g per lb of BW.
Oats, raisins, and honey, all in one big bowl. BAAAM! Easy 100g-200g CHO right there depending on size/amount you use.
Bagels are excellent. Put some jam on it too.
I like Lvisaa's suggestion for fruit. I eat a ton of fruit during the week but on the weekends like it smoothie style. Not sure where you live, but if you have a Jamba Juice by you, hit that place up if you like fruit smoothies. Power size, Orange Dream Machine - flavor is PURE SEX, and you'll get 200g CHO to boot with only 4-5g of fat.
Cant go wrong with pancakes either! Pasta is great as well.
Sushi is good. Again, if following a strict reefed then be weary of some of the fatty fish and some of the rolls (i.e. made from sauces, mayo, etc..).....sushi adds up quick.
Ive been on Toaster Strudel rampage as of late...lol....know you don't want processed food though. Stuff is damn good and slam it with a large glass of milk. GAME OVER.
Hope this helps! Have a good one!BRAINS & GAINS

Cr might. Cinnamon like someone already said is possibly also helpful.

Haven't looked too much into this, but at the very least it seems promising. And is an inexpensive and effortless/safe method. So might as-well give it a shot.Owner of:

It doesn't matter if you're insulin resistant or not, the refeed should be fairly low fat (even as Lyle says). If it's high fat then it defeats the purpose and it is, to my knowledge, not a refeed but a high calorie binge. Straight from Lyle's mouth (or fingers):
I’d note in this regards that my own Ultimate Diet 2.0 actually takes advantage of this to get a short-term sidestep of the energy balance equation: for about 24 hours following the 4 hard days of dieting/glycogen depletion, even in the face of massive carbohydrate intake, the body preferentially stores the incoming carbs as glycogen while using fatty acids for fuel (part of why fat intake has to be kept low during the carb-load). Folks may be at literally double maintenance caloric intake and still be losing fat. Magic? No, just good science. Ok, maybe a little magic.“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”
