Just finished a cutting cycle lost about 20 pounds, but also lost muscle. Just wondering if someone could look over my bulking cycle and give me some advice. I'm not sure whether to incorporate a 5 day split, or whats best for the bulking phase?
Chest:
DB bench 5 sets
DB incline 4 sets
DB fly 4 sets
Dips 4 sets
ABS: p90x
Back:
Deadlift 6 sets
Pull ups 4 sets to failure
Hyper-extensions 4 sets
DB rows 4 sets
*any other suggestions?
Legs:
Squats 5 sets
Leg press 5 sets
Lunges 4 sets
Standing calves 4 sets
Leg curl 4 sets
ABS
Shoulders:
Shoulder press 5 sets
Upright rows 4 sets
Side raise 4 sets
Front raise 4 sets
Shrugs 4 sets
Arms:
Kinda lost for arms. I do different things each time, any suggestions for bis and tris would be awesome

Supplements: GNC MASS IV, CELL-TECH, MULTI-VITAMIN, FISH OIL
Question: Should I take GNC mass IV to help for extra calories, and take an isolate after my workout or just take two shakes of Mass IV? I usually drink 2 shakes a day.
Any nutrition suggestions would be nice too. I'm 5'8, 170lbs
Just some diet suggestions would really help me out, cause I'm not sure what to eat on a bulk. I know to get in a lot of clean calories but some food suggestions would be cool.

BTW I hear good and bad things about cell-tech, I got a cheap tub so I thought I'd give it a try!
* Is a 5 day split a good routine for a bulk or is there something better. I really want to gain size off of this bulk. I have problems with my bench press too, I can never seem to increase weight on it, so any help for that!!!!?
