Being open minded to fact, reason, logic, science, etc. and realize that faith is NOT A good quality, and blindly believing in something with no fact or evidence, and even CONTRARY to compounding evidence and fact, is of course "better". There is no argument there, it's common sense.

All you need to do is to break the ignorant and stubborn shell that religious people build around themselves, and get them to see a few facts or pieces of information, and then on their own they can start to learn and break free from the the shackles that religion places on their minds.

Arguments of the religious

1) You atheists are terrible, you are on your high horse/full of yourself, think you have all the answers.
2) You can't prove i'm wrong, that god doesn't exist, etc.
3) I have faith
4) I don't need evidence I just believe it and you have to respect that
5) Let people believe whatever they want and leave them alone (yet a huge part of religion is prosthelytizing and trying to convert people to their cults)
6) Religion is good because it has utility, i.e. charity, making people feel better, easing the pain of death, etc.
7) This old book says so, and even though it is known the book was written by mortal men with no connection to the divine, i'm going to believe it anyways.

None of those are actual arguments, none of them have any substance, none of them are respectable or worth a second glance, yet you CANNOT stop repeating them. The days are OVER when you can just say that stuff and get away with it.
