    does broccoli have iodine

    i need more micros in my diet, but i'm on a low iodine diet which limits me, does anyone know if it has iodine? i googled around and some say it blocks iodine(good) others say it has iodine so im confused

    not large amounts, i can have low amounts. most processed foods have iodine and plants grown in iodine rich soil. also diary is pretty high in iodine. and the reason is because of the medication i'm on.
