And yeah....breathing....very important. Coupling that with the MMC thing, you can't go wrong.
And I do have a little more work to do with concentrating on the breathing when under heavy loads. When it's right though....amazing.

Ahhhh yessss, scheduled day off. Those are so much better than unscheduled days off.
Music...check. As that is one of my "de-stress" tunes. (if the people I work with come out to the warehouse and hear that song playing, they KNOW to leave me alone.

My GAWD! I didn't expect this.
Had an invite yesterday to join a couple fellas for back and bis this evening. Figured what the heck...right? CHIT! Medium type weight, quicker yet controlled reps, little more range of mation and just a intense pace, you didn't need no stinkn' cardio
Bare with me as it was such a fast pace, I barely had time to writ in my log book or breath
10 minute warmup on elliptical then on to the funhouse.
They had already goten started when I finished warmup so it was right on to it.
Old School T-Bar Tows using BB and v-typr handle - 70x12, 90x9, 90x8, 115x8
HS Row (plate machine, weight listed on each handle) - OH grip 90x12, Wide grip 90x8, Palms down grip 90x10, Narrow grip 90x10
HS Low Row (plate weight listed on each handle) - 70x10, 90x10, 90x10 each arm seperatly
Lat pull downs (using wide grip, palms facing) - 80x12, 100x9, 120x8
FreeMotion cable machine: seated high rows/pulls (alternating arm method) - 50x10, 80x10, 90x10
FreeMotion cable: lat pull downs - 80x10, 90x10, 100x12
DB Curls - 25sx10 regular, 25sx10 hammer, 25sx7 reg., 25sx10 hmr.
Pulldown machine - using palms facing grip: 110x10, 130x8, 170x8
Preacher curl machine (HS plate machine} - 45x12, 9, 9, 25x10 single arm, 25x8 single; then single arm drops starting at 20x8/10x6x2 sets
Freakn' toast.....burnt toast.
Damn...can't wait for my package
And I don't even know if this would get the "hurt" out:

Friday 13th - unsure
Why am I unsure?.......
BECAUSE I FREAKN' HURT
Leg DOMS is literally kicking my arse and the back is joining in a little sooner than expected.
Was thinking of an "active" rest/off day as today is the scheduled off day by doing some cardio and a little bodyweight stuff at the gym but my azz is just toast..ed. I'll see how I feel come 4:30.I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....

Friday (evening) 13th - FUBAR(ed)
I have sorta a little in depth question, but I will get to that n a moment. First........
I did as my partner in crime suggested; I rubbed a little dirt on it and walked it off....sorta
Have no idea WTF I was thinking My legs are trashed, my back is stiff and I all around feel like phuck, period! With that said....
Cardio - 20min. HIIT (or maybe more like MIIT ) on ArcTrainer elliptical
Cardio - 15 minutes Rower machie have no idea what on earth I was thinking when I did this....my body was already trashed. this polished it off
Abs - Hoist ab chair w/25# plate: 25,10,10,20,15
Leg Raises - on end of bench, done so slow I thought I was going to puke; 2 sets of 5....yes only 5 reps per
Cardio - 10 minutes treadmill, steady state, 3.2 @ inclines of 6-9
There. Officially FUBARed.
My body feels like it weighs a tone and I have cramps all over...check that, my body IS one big cramp right now.
Let me go and just dream about what I'd rather be doing
I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....
