I will def. get with you. It is more or less what/how to incorporate it; meaning, if I follow something like the vid below, that would be training for the day so to speak. Or on "chest" day, do the DTP and nothing else? And maybe a little of what/how your experience was with it.
But the vid mvd posted is quite good, especially for back and chest.
Will review some more.
^^Thanks MVD. Awesome vid. Does help. ^^
Off day yesterday
Had chit to do with Dad's going's on. Having to deal with the aftermath of a death, well, it's a bitch and you find out just how much some family does/doesn't want to do to help, with anything. The freakn' $$$$ we are having to pay out to take care of things id unphucknreal.
Anyways...my body needed the rest to begin with.
My mind...welll............
Going to try and find a little more info and details on the DTP and hope to get started soon. Looks like it may be a little more brutal than I had thought and may not be the best idea with my neck/trap situation right now, but we shall see.
Busy as hell right now so gotta go.I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....

nice back workout MP
KI, the video is really good
i didnt superset mine (you will be huffing if you do)
but sometimes i would double up
so for shoulders i would do DTP BB Press, complete the 300 reps then move to DTP Upright Rows
(that burned too!)
then i would rest up and hit some heavy doubles or something[][][][]===FREE AGENT===[][][][]

Thursday Feb. 16th - Back of sorts
Sorry gang. Running late on everything. Have to put some order and priorities on things and as much as I want to be here, it is not quite at the top of the list. Hence, my lack of posting on other logs.
We appreciate the following we do get and the comments as well. Hopefully, before my stash runs out, I can get around a little more.
a little BACK
2 scoops ConCret
3 scoops Beta-Cret
mixed at same time 20 minutes prior (running late)
2 Aleeve
hope to add an intra here soon. have a couple of prospects just haven't made up my mind yet
Cardio - 30 minutes MIIT on ArcTrainer elliptical at about the 10minute mark I started doing my "rest" during the heavy pop and the speed during the low pop
FreeMotion cable lat pull down - 60x30, 80x16, 100x11, 70x15, 50x20
CG seated cable rows - 50x26, 70x15, 90x11, 60x16, 40x22
Machine back extensions - 75x25,20,14
FreeMotion cable High row - done alternating arm each rep. each arm got the same amount of reps listed 50x23, 70x15, 90x11, 50x15
Grip wasn't worth chit for some reason. Almost felt like I needed to be using my hooks but for such pansey weight, well, just wouldn't have worked.
Energy was decent. Cardio took alot of it out of me.
Doing cardio (or trying to) first so as to limit how heavy I go and to force myself to take it a little easier until I know what is going to be the forcast for my problem area. Besides, I am such a bitch when it comes to cardio, about the only way I am going to do a full 20-30 minutes each session is to do it first. I have a limited amount of time during the week...period really, so I got to get in what I can.
Legs this evening. Now, this will be one time I may cut cardio short, but with the way my legs seem to not want to recoup, I may stay lite with this as well.I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....

Friday Feb 17th - Sticks
I guess self abuse is all I know. Mental and physical
As much as I have been complaining about my legs not "fully recouping", I still went at it this evening. Although be it not heavy in the least. Felt like I bitched it a little. But sumthn' better tahn nuthun'
LEGS
2 scoops ConCret 45 min. before
3 scoops Beta-Cret 20 minutes before
forgot the Aleeve
Cardio - 15 minuyes MIIT on ArcTrainer elliptical w/handles, 15 minutes Hills intervals, max, no handles elliptical
legs ar half cooked at this point
Seated leg extensions SS/w Calf raises holding DBs - 90x15/20sx20, 130x11/20sx20, 150x9/20sx20, 200x6/20sx20, 100x11 50x10 30x12 / then BW calf raisesx20
Lying leg curls - 40x15, 60x11, 80x9, 100x6, 50x6 20x15
Abduction - 70x16, 90x12, 110x10, 130x5, 70x15 50x15
Adduction - 50x20, 50x14, 50x15
That was that. Besides, had a couple embarssing moments where I had to grab my ass and rub it as I got a cramp
I feel as if the ConCret and Beta-Cret are helping me with something. I can't really describe it. I sweat like a pig, have good focus/concentration/MMC, just not getting alot of the energy or "energized" feeling. It's helping me push but I fade too fast and start getting out of breath. I think what I may try and do is make my 2 & 3 sccop mixture and start on it as I am walking into the gym. Use a little more water with it instad oif just 6oz, and see how that works. Can't hurt, except maybe during cardio.
Not sure about the gym in the morning. It is a "scheduled" day, but tons of chit to try and do. Knocking some stuff out at dad's that needs to be done.
If I can make myself fo it, since it would be a bi/tri day, maybe I will do a home workout and use my bands and these cute little pink dumbells. Lots of reps burn too.
Keep it live people
I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....

Saturday Feb 18th - took off
Wasn't what I had in mind but I was just worn down and ended up sleeping a little later than I wanted....errrrI wanted to sleep late Anyways, had stuff to do at dad's anyway snd just didn't get finished up in time to make it to the gym.
I do plan on going in the morning. Not sure if I am going to start this DTP yet or give it about another week and see. Not sure if I want to start with chest, chest/back, or bis/tris. Need to also figure if I would do this like every other day as DTP or hit 1 body part, finish the rest of the week as normal then the next week go to another part. I just don't know. I could also go body part one day, cardio/abs the next, body part next day, rest, body part and so on and so one. So before I start, need to get it straight.
No supps today, except for my vitamins and stuff.
Think I will try mixing the ConCret and Beta-Cret all at once tomorrow morning and when I roll up to the gym, start drinking, do cardio while sipping it and finish the rest when I hit the weights. Will see if this helps or hinders.
Hope everyone os having a good weekend.I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....

I left a comment on RB's log of basiclly WTF am I getting myself into. But like I stated above, I think once I get it hammered out and I see how my neck/trap area is going to hold up, I just may like it. I don't need to go heavy, that's for sure.I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....
