i was just reading the sticky on 'Calculating Calorie & Macronutrient Needs' but im sure im doing it wrong.. just wondering if someone could give me a hand please? im taking a few months off alcohol etc. and i really want to sort out my nutrition and everthing to compliment my training.
my stats are:
Weight - 76kg's
Height - 182 cm's
Age - 23
