    lolwut ? my broscience ? such as what ? there was a study( dont know where it is) that shoed creatine levels to be elevated for aolt longer than a week after and they got back to normal like a month after stopping supplementation.. and creatine makes you hold water, its nothing new, its what gives you extra strength... dont be calling me a bro scientist

    Dunno about the broscience, but my experience with creatine tells me it does make you hold some sort of temporary weight. For me, at 175 lbs, taking about 3 grams a day, its around 5 extra pounds that vanish once you stop the creatine.

    Ive removed creatine 3 times now with the same result, and it was the only variable changed. Same lifting, same diet.

    A week, in my experience, to answer OP.
