I have been on a beer kick lately where a couple nights a week I will drink 2-4 beers, nothing crazy. My question is even if I allow myself to fit the beer/alcohol into my macros how much of a possible negative effect will this have on my training ? I was hoping some of the more experienced posters on here could give me an education on the subject.

link to alan's article?
beer is just cho, pro, and alch.
account for the cho if anything. beers can range from as little as 3g cho to 20g cho or more per beer. most only contain 1-2g pro.
BRB, natty after naty after natty after natty with only 4g cho per[IIFYM]

First, drink responsibly and legally.
Second, I've found my performance in the gym to improve without alcohol in my diet. In addition, my body composition is changing (greater lean body mass). I also can eat more food, which is always great. Lastly, I sleep better and feel more rested without drinks. Just one personal case study I can reference.
