Cellucor C4 Method of use and safety

I read on the label of Cellucor C4 that it should not be used for more than 8 weeks. What does this mean? I currently use it 4 to 5 times a week, prior to my workout. Do I need to stop using it for a given period of time?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Ideally you should use it for 2 months then take 1 month off.

I've been taking it without cycling for over 3 months with no problems however.


Cycling off is just to keep the product potent and avoid from getting used to it.

Switch every other month i would say! just so you dont become reliant on stimulants
