Hello I am looking to start a strict regimen in loosing some fat and making muscle. The thing is I am pretty strong I have been working out since I was in high school. The only thing wrong is that I am not sure what to eat in making my body more muscular please let me know what are the foods I should be looking in eating in order to achieve my goal. Thanks

This is a really good place to start with nutrition, one of the key points being that there aren't any 'correct' or 'incorrect' foods to eat
