lol no way brah. my wheels are absolutely fried after squats (i only do front squats). Plus, the way I deadlift is effectively almost the same way I front squat in terms of the lower body motion.

RDLs = hamstring/leg exercise
DLs = back/PC/pulling exercise.
SLDLs = lower back only exercise (do them light)
Do DLs on Back day, squat on leg day, RDLs (since a leg exercise) or GMs on leg day. If you are going to squat and DL on the same day, DL first and do light/speed squats after and do heavy squats another day.

Not quite bro.
http://www.bodyrecomposition.com/tra...l-vs-sldl.html
SLDL, while also hitting some of your PC, uses a shiit load less weight than a RDL and has an intentional bend in the back. With SLDLs there is a greater force on the lower back. RDLs much more force is applied to hammies and PC areas, and less so to lower back. It would be completely retarded to do SLDLs instead of RDLs if your goal was to hit hammies. Thanks.
Also RDLs only purpose is to hit hammies/PC.

Squats followed by Stiff Legged Dead Lift.
There's no point doing normal Dead Lift after squats.
Got knee injury at moment so cannot really do leg days .Current Aim: Plyometrics + Cardio / Muay Thai training.

In. I know that feel bro. 2x a week I'll squat & hit deadlifts after. I'll do regular ATG squats & regular DLs on my power day, and box squats + 50lb resistance bands, followed by stiff legged DLs w/ a 4in deficit on my hypertrophy day.
No one lifts legs at my gym, so everyone bertstares lol. Feelsgood.
