    What pre-work out works best for you? Ive taken NO Xplode and the effects have made me curious about other products.

    I used to be an NO Explode gal, but after trying others, I realize the NO Explode tastes pretty gross. I use NO 370 by Top Secret Nutrition. When I want to change things up, I switch over to Ragnarok. I am expecting a sample of Driven Sports Craze any day now...have been very curious to try. There are so many out there...try to get samples before you buy to find the right one for you.

    I have found over years of trying diffenent pre workouts that Stimulant free pre workouts seem to work the best. Caffeine can dehydrate your muscle while training, and cause a crash after. Taking pre workouts abundant in BCAA, glutamine, beta-alanine and electrolytes will do just he trick to help keep you hydrated, fight muscle fatigue, burn fat, and still feel like a million bucks after you workout.

    I take AI's Maniac - so far the one I've liked the best.

    I also liked Assault, but got tired of it after a while. Wasn't a big fan of SuperPump or NO Xplode though.

    I'm just finishing my first tub of Jacked 3d in lemon lime and I've loved it. I'm new to pre work out supps and I'm about to try NO xplode but it'll have to be damn good to surpass jacked.

    I eat a meal about an hour before and take my creatine/beta alanine/bcaas/glutamine. Just water during workouts.

    I've taken NOXplod in the past and didn't much care for it.....

    But Jack3d....I am absolutely in love with. Tastes great and works fairly quickly, for me at least.

    And as for the *eh hem* side effects, I think I'm actually more randy now than I was before, but that could also be because I don't feel like a tubby anymore

    Has anyone tried SuperPump Max? I've been trying to check out some female reviews, but it only seems to be the men talking about it.

    I picked some up this morning and I'm looking forward to trying it out.

    I've used a lot of jacked and I find that workout-wise it does what it is supposed to but for me anyway it's gross and makes me kind of nauseous and I tend to crash later.

    I'm using White Flood right now and love it. It's tastier and there's no crash later.

    I also have used some samples of c4 lately and am thinking about trying that. Also tasty, also great effects with no crash.

    That's just me though.

    My husband and I both use Jacked and LOVE it! After we have built up a tolerance for the Jacked we take a break (no PreWO) for a couple weeks and use 1MR for a few weeks. I personally crash pretty bad from the 1MR but it sustains our long workout days.

    Used NO-Explode it worked ok for me but i hated the taste and the stomach cramps

    1MR is all stims, crash hard from it, i still have like half a container of it, i usually take a quarter scoop with a non-stim pwo

    Craze is my latest purchase, it numbs your mouth but i do not get crashes from it, works great and im only taking 1 scoop

    C4 is another good one for me, great workouts with no crash

    I'm trying N.O. Explode for the first time today. I'm a little hesitant but my husband has a tub so I figure I'll try it. He likes it and likes the effects. I've heard better things about Jackd, though, and might try that out depending on how I feel about the N.O. Explode today.

    I don't take any pre workout supps to be honest. I want to try NO explode but usually i just eat a banana and bang in a cup of coffee and hour before and my workouts are always fantastic. I suppose i have nothing to compare them to though.

    No reason to be hesitant, I think NOxplode is one of the most gentile PWOS out there. It has a mild energy rush with no jitters and no crash, and it still helps me crank out a few more reps. It's not as dramatic an effect, which is why I imagine some people around here think it's crap.

    I feel silly for being so hesitant! Though I'm not sure it really did much for me yesterday. I had a really hard time with my abs class even with taking it beforehand. I only took one scoop because I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't know it was more of the milder pre workouts so maybe I should go for the extra scoop. I'm going to try it again tomorrow when I'm actually lifting as opposed to abs class like yesterday before I make a final decision about it. It's not something I'll be able to take every workout since I typically eat lunch on the way to the gym, but if I find it really helps tomorrow or I feel a huge difference, I'll figure out a way to make it work.

    I've used SuperPump 250- Although it gave me awesome energy, it also had me running to the washroom a little more frequently than I'd like to..

    I've tried NoXplode- loved the orange flavor- tasted like Creamsicles.. didn't mix well for me and I had horrible abdominal cramping

    I've tried the watermelon flavor of VPX NoShotgun- all I can say is, yuck!! Not for me..

    Been using Jack3d off and on for over a year now. Tried green apple, fruit punch, grape bubblegum, lemon lime and sour cherry. I'm not too fond of the tingles in my face approx 20 minutes after consumption however, I love the massive energy burst I get! Although it's been pulled off the shelves in Canada and I read online that apparantely it's illegal to ship here (who knew? I just got a tub in Dec), I'd still say it's my favorite pre-workout drink!

    I'd be interested to hear what you think of 2 scoops. I work out in the evening, so I can't take too many stims at that time or I won't sleep. Also I wouldn't recommend taking a PWOS before every workout since the body can get used to it. I don't know if you are a coffee drinker but think of when you just started drinking coffee, how much of a buzz you got, now it probably doesn't do much any more. I think it works in a similar way with the PWOS, in fact several people cycle them, a few weeks on, a few weeks off, or cycle between different supps.

    This preworkout stuff is pretty new to me so I appreciate all the info. Glad it won't be a bad thing to not take it every time. Like I said, it just wouldn't work out with when I eat and end up working out. My husband took the tub back to work so I'm not sure if I have two scoops worth left. If I do, I'll go for it since I'll be working out in the morning. And doing legs. Ugh.

    I wasn't wild about the taste, though. In fact, had to sort of force it down. It was grape so I'd have to experiment with other flavors. I seem to be hearing the best things about Jackd so I might just grab a tub of that for myself since he keeps his tub at work, just to compare the difference. His jiu jitsu instructor uses Jackd so if I end up not liking it, I can pass it on to him.

    Ok, second try of N.O. Explode was much better! I'm not sure if it was in my head or if it was because I switched the order of my legs workout today but I seemed a little stronger(not sure if that's the right word) and able to squeeze out a few extra reps on some stuff. I felt really focused and not like I was gonna die by the end. Yes, I was still fatigued(who isn't after legs?) but I definitely liked it. Much better effect today than Wednesday. And I took it at 9am and it's 1:47 and I'm feeling no crash yet.

    Sy2502, I didn't do two scoops worth - my husband scooped some out for me the other day bc he wanted to take the tub back to work and actually there wasn't even the 22.5g serving size left and I still had a pretty good result. I think there was about 18g. So I don't know that I'd need the extra scoop. And it tasted way better today for some reason. I had to choke it down the other day.

    I went out and got some Jack3D, though, to try that out as I've heard more positive reviews on that. And it doesn't have to be taken on an empty stomach so it might work out better for my schedule. I think for me, these things might be reserved for days when I'm feeling extra tired or sluggish - not something I want to do all the time. Plus I'm bulking so I should have enough energy most of the time. I do think it will come in handy for cutting time, though.
