Filling out 6'5" frame sucks

I went from 167lbs to 185lbs in 5 months and I still look the same I'm just stronger. How much more do you think I'll have to gain until I can tell a size diff? Any tall guys that can relate?

6 foot 3 right here. At 190 people were giving me compliments and I noticed it. Rightnowat 200. I'm sure at 195 you will see it.

look at it this way, once you're at a level of strength where someone short would start looking too round, you'll still look good.

Its just so much different with this type of frame. My arms are 13.25in flexed but when they are straight down they look small as fuk because they are so long. My armspan isn't long either its 77in, same as my height.

I feel you man. I'm 195 right now and I'm just cut, I think I'll atleast have to gain like 10-15 pounds of just muscle to have a nice difference from now. It'll be tough, but it's worth it for the chicas haha

You'll probably start to get the "bulky" look around 210.

I know how it is though, 155lb in march now I'm roughly 178... Some fat I don't look any/much different just stronger

People weigh different NORMALLY and the BF% plays a roll in it too ect... So two people could be same height same weight and one look bulky and the other more stick-like...




And OP i am 6'2 (haven't updated stats) and I was 120Lb's last year....120..... I ****ing had more bone popping out then jack the skeleton king.... I'm at 190 now and I get compliment's all the time and I still see myself JUST as skinny as I was at 120... GoodLuck getting past the mental aspect of being big lol youll always see yourself as small... But at your height id have to agree with everyone on 200-220 to really notice it.

i would say a good heigh/wait ratio at 6'3 would be around 220lbs at 8 percent.
At 6'5 i would say probaly 230-240lbs at 8 percent,

But ya 8 percent is pretty darn lean, though, trust me OP, you have along way to go.

6'5 brah checking in. Im EXACTLY where you are now OP, hoving around 185 pounds. I wana hit 200 by late march-mid april so i can cut. I started at 155 and in just 3 and a half months am at 185.

6'5 close to 250 would be beast mode. even with 15-20 percent body fat. let the haters hate. you will ball on ANYBODY with that height and weight

im 6'3" and about 189 and im still fairly slim looking i reckon youd need to be at least 210 with 15% BF or below

5'10" is a good height but overall I would rather be 6'5" as long as I'm filled out and atleast 210lbs. I never have to duck my head in doorways.

I have an 82" armspan. Biceps are 16" cold, 16.75" pumped. I often still feel like a skinny fuk at 6'5" and 215. I'm thinking 230-240 is where I need to be now.

People starting noticing for real at about 200-210lbs. You need quite an amount to fill out the frame.
