Alternative to Fierce?

Fierce is good, but it has a laxative effect. Must be dat dere glutamine content.

I'm thinking about just switching back to Jack3d. Any better suggestions that don't have a laxative effect?

its probably the caffeine not the glutamine.. which most preworkouts have.. so expect similar bathroom experiences if you got it from fierce..

I suggest going for a two pronged attack

1. get samples of pre workouts and see based on one sample if you have an issue and how you like them (animal rage, white flood etc).

2. get a non stim pre workout like hemavol which Im pretty sure you wont have a problem with, pooper wise.

I take caffeine pills and don't experience this. Also, glutamine is a known laxative.

Imo.. C4, White flood, and Animal Rage are the closest ones to Fierce.

OP did you try out SAN Launch 4350? You may like it better.

Caffeine + Arginine most likely.

Caffeine is the most obvious culprit, but if caffeine tabs don't bother you, this shouldn't either. The amount of arginine in there would not do it. It IS a large, 14gr of actives serving size, so it could just be the sheer amount of goods in there, or some combination thereof that disagrees with you.
