Hi,
I lost 50 pounds over the last 3 months. I have no idea on what to do next. I have always been overweight my whole life. I weigh 175, 6 feet tall and my pants are size 30.
My stomach is still pudgy and arms too. What would you guys recommend I do? I attached some pics, I would appreciate any help and if there are any good supplements let me know.
If you can give me an example on what equipment I should use, and what I should eat etc... I lost the weight without supplements and just exercised by running and some weights.
I should add, I do not want to get big, I just want to get a six pack and defined arms.
