So I am an ecto and need calories to gain size so I eat lots of white rice (brown fills me up too fast).
It's uncooked weight is about 200g over 3 separate meals, is this bad for me?
If so, what carb alternative is there that won't fill me too much?
My carbs / fats / protein macros are about:
400 / 70 / 180
