Hey guys, I'm new to this site so sorry if I'm in the wrong thread! I've recently started using C4 Explosive workout supplement. In the week I've been using it along with my high intensity workouts I've actually been loosing weight, which is not what I'm trying to do! I'm going to start taking my protein again, I eat very healthy but I am a defensive end and I really need to be gaining weight. Does anyone have any experience with the C4 explosive supplement? I'd like to know if it's a bad idea, any advice helps. Thanks
