Hey I just had a question about vege greens and the multivitamins by progressive nutrition, should I take both of them? Or do the vege greens also provide vitamins and minerals in them, that the multivitamins wouldn't be necessary? Or should I consider just taking multivitamins? Or both?

This is an old post but if I can stumble upon it I'm sure others will as well.
I can't give you any scientific backing but what I can say is that I've been using Progressives VegeGreenes and PhytoBerry along with ON Multivitamin for about two weeks now. I feel like I get better sleeping patterns and have more consistent energy throughout the day. I've been sick for the past few days, but I feel better overall then I would normally, I have yet to see the feeling of training while on these.
If your still wondering I would say take both. VegeGreens right when you wake up, multi for lunch, and a multi for dinner.
