I pondered the same question a while back the more research i did the more i thought i needed this or that. look up reviews from other ppl. Just start off with the basics. I actually added natty test boost cause I got it at crazy cheap prices and a bogo free deal as well. but I read reviews and decided to give them a try. I use animal flex for joint. I used it before and it worked great. I really respond very well to supplements.
my list:
bcaas
hmb
casein protein
whey pro
pre wo (stim and non stim)
fish oils (omega 3,6,&9)
carbs (malto,dextro, waxy)
egg whites
creatine
glutamine (another that i got at a dirt cheap price and bogo free)
multivitamins
protien bars
antioxidants
liver support
and food
going to see how this run goes
good luck
btw I'm CLEAN bulking 23/7 1 not so clean bulking hahALast edited by HELLIONx360; 01-04-2012 at 10:01 AM. Reason: ninja edit

Check out Axis Labs, for a multivitamin look into Endoshield, for fish oil be sure to check out Citrus Omega and we also have a Creatine Monohydrate Supplement.
As far as creatine goes, I highly recommend the use of it. It helps repair muscle fibers and aids in ATP replenishment. No loading, no cycling, 3-5g a day, whenever, with whatever you want.Xtreme Formulations Aficionado
