Sitting at exactly 250 at 5'9, decided to finally make a log.
I could list so many reasons why I want to lose weight, and why I'm inspired once again to undertake this task, and all the positives I want to come out of this, but all that doesn't really matter and will take care of itself won't it?
Last year of college so I'm dedicating this last year to myself and trying to improve myself in all aspects of life.
-Starting with 5x5 Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
-Cardio Tuesday and Thursday.
-2000 calories every day - 150g carbs 78g fat 175 protein
Starting today, and including pictures, so good luck to me.
