Have you hit so low that you lie awake in bed exhausted but can't fall asleep for some reason?
Moderate. Not power walking since I take the opportunity to do a ton of writing on my phone, but not slow either.
Also, generally this is outside and not on a treadmill so I can get some FL sun.
And for this week about 15 m of it was running the rest walking.
Today:
Gonna rest so Im ready to hit next week just as hard. Will make up for lack of... everything... with a retarded deficit (what's new lol)

Monday:
Well today marks the start of week 8, and with it, a new weekly theme:
As for today, barely got in any fasted cardio since my kiddo's here for the day off from school and it's effing freezing out.
Hopeful I can get to the gym for a 5x5 workout today and get some distance in after, but we'll see how this all plays out!

Tuesday!
Alright, so as I alluded to earlier, yesterday was a pretty crap day and cost me a lot of the early jump I got on my fasted cardio last week (only did 1.8 m)
I tried to make it up for it today and just finished 9.0 miles.
Bringing us to:
Cumulative: 10.8 m
I also did squeeze my workout in yesterday, so I'm gonna try and go for a run today when my knees and feet stop hurting from that walk lol

I stuffed it with pudding instead.

Good start to my wednesday though one of my feet is giving me issues over the amount of tread I've put on it over the past 24 hrs. Oh well.
Scale is reflecting my increase in cardio. I'm down a couple pounds almost everytime I look at it. Still a long way to go but if I can maintain this current output and the progress I'm seeing lately, ill get exactly where I mean to be.

well im sure you could beat me based on your program being tailored more towards fat loss than strength gain
but i will add more LBM and will be significantly stronger than when i started
