Well looks I did it all at the blistering pace of 4 mph... lol.
Looks like it was approx a 2400 cal burn. I had a few servings of BCAAs to try and protect muscle, but probably no stopping that amount of catabolism.
Time to force myself to drink a shake even though I dont want anything but water and to sit.

This wasn't for any appearance or vanity reasons. This was to accomplish something I've never accomplished. And with my degenerative knees, it won't be getting easier over time.
So I hoped at the end of this challenge, I'd have removed enough body weight stress on my knees to do something I've never done before and may never be able to do.
And it was slow as ****. And it hurt like a mother ****er. And my dumb ass wasn't even smart enough to rest in advance so I'd have fresh legs and joints. Or to carb load for it.
...But I did it.
That's what this is about

Could be either. Or both. My dad used to complain about his knees before he passed, but he was also pretty husky, so might have been that. Football and the Marines certainly didn't do them any favors. I'm missing ligaments too lol. But I also figure that's no big deal. John Elway won superbowls with a total of 0 ACLs.

Thanks! Still hurts but glad I did it. Especially glad it's over now!
The pace was slightly under 4 mph lol so I walked the vast majority of it. I'd say I jogged at MAX 1/3 of it.
It is a lot of cardio. Now that I know it's 328, I'm gonna be REALLLLLLLY tempted to make it an even tree-fiddy
I'll rest up tomorrow and try to make that happen Th-Sat!

lol holy **** you aren't kidding. I imagine it would be even worse if I were able to run and hadn't done 300 miles over the past few weeks and adjusted to distance, but **** me.
I was hoping to be able to get one last squat and deads workout in tomorrow, but I'm pretty sure that's not gonna work now haha

Wednesday:
Lookin pretty good today. Skin feels tighter on my muscles every day so that's swell lol I have a crapload of writing to do and to take care of a bunch of other work, but I'm going to TRY to get into the pool for 20 laps or so today. If I can't, I may go for a 5 mile walk (lol yes srs) or something late tonight when I have things finished.
Daily motivation:
Almost there
