So i had been travelling backpacking for a year.So after i returned i really wanted to get in shape and start being proud of my body.
After decideing to go back to college i have set two goals for the next three years.
Goal 1-Get my degree
Goal 2-Get in the best best shape in theses next three years.
So i started mid June in the Gym heres how i have been getting on.
Started of at roughly 80 kgs at 6 ft 5in
Now im at 97 kgs at 6ft 5 in.
Originally started a dirty bulk eating not fully calculating my macros but no being stupid.
Lift Progress
Squat-50kg-100kg for 5 reps
Bench-40kg-82.5kg for 5 reps
Deadlift-30-80kg for 5 reps
Military Press-20kgs-50kgs for 5 reps.
Bent Row-25kgs-65kgs for 5 reps.
So let my know what you guys think.Im not sure what i want know.After taking a two week break i started my HST today which im gonna run for a cycle.
What should i bulk to weight wise before i could cut to become beast.

I also feel as my chest is lagging in growth although i progressed nicely the groth does seem to be there.
Im not getting that mind muscle connection or the feeling its hitting my chest more so my shoulders.
Being reading that a few sets of flys helps to get the mind muscle onnection going before benching.
Also thinking of dropping back a little in weight and really focusing on my contractions and squuezing at the top.
