Goal Weight: 210lb
Current diet: Currently I'm bulking, using "IIFYM" method. I'm aiming for around 400+ grams of a carbs, 200+ grams of protein, and 50-60g of fat a day.
Workout Routine: I follow Jim Wendler's 5-3-1 powerlifting workout, so I lift 4 days a week with no cardio.
I lift every other day and the workouts are consist of the following:
Military Press + Assistant Exercise
Deadlift + Assistant Exercise
Bench Press + Assistant Exercise
Squats + Assistant Exercise
*Assistant Exercise are basically any exercise of your choosing, but on shoulder and chest day they are mostly back exercises such as pull ups and bent over rows
In Jim Wendler's 5-3-1 workout, the rep range of my primary lifts (Bench Press, Military Press, Squats and Deadlifts) are between 1-8 reps so the workouts are very tough. This is why I can not weight to get on that Muscle Pharm Assault, I hope through this experiences I can break some more PRs.
