We discussed how to make some blocks that will double for block pulls.
I have these in all shapes and sizes for this very reason and at the commercial gym I used to train, they'd use a block to jack up the decline as well.
that reminds me Thad, I need to send you the link to the bench I have.
Maybe, might seem silly, but, make a video on how I made the blocks. It sounds and is elementary but, it might prove helpful?Squat: 1,040
