This was rough.. couldn't ever get loose..
Trap Deads
work up to heavy triple
got up to 315x3 and tweaked my groin slightly.. had to shut it down.. fcuk me..
whole workout was a dud. feel dehydrated (thanks ladies) from the weekend and just couldn't get warmed up.. just one of those days.. sucks because i was really looking forward to the 10 singles as i haven't been able to deadlift in about 3 months. bright side is my knee and finger felt fine
