    This was rough.. couldn't ever get loose..

    got up to 315x3 and tweaked my groin slightly.. had to shut it down.. fcuk me..


    whole workout was a dud. feel dehydrated (thanks ladies) from the weekend and just couldn't get warmed up.. just one of those days.. sucks because i was really looking forward to the 10 singles as i haven't been able to deadlift in about 3 months. bright side is my knee and finger felt fine

    Sorry to hear about the groin pull, hope that feels up. What does the trap dead do differently than a barbell dead? Is there any other added benefit with the trap bar?
