Cardio rehab day
Bike 30 min 7.25 miles
Elliptical 30 min 2.5 miles
~600+ kcals
Felt good to get some blood pumping in my knee. Another week of resting it and I should be good to go. Getting another MRI first of the year just to make sure I haven't torn anything again{{**DIRTY SOUTH CREW**}}
