solid info. I'm not a fan of the lotion jerk either. KY jelly is pretty awesome if you feel like putting in the time to clean it up.
I'm a fan of the old fashioned raw way personally.

I had a bad experience once where I rubbed one out after a squat session and used a little lotion. Well, the equiblock wasn't totally washed off my hands, and about 2 minutes in, it got to me.

I've never had that kind of direct exposure, but there's been a time or two where I was real tight on the hammies, especially on the inner thigh near the groin and some ball/thigh contact occurred after putting on some IcyHot or BioFreeze. Jesus, what crippling pain.

Speaking of glutes, came across this yesterday: http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/we...-a-631289.html I had never seen that seated glute stretch before. I've been doing the rolling on a tennis ball (feelsgoodman), but that stretch feels great.
