Damn, strong ass inclines. 3 x 5 with extra in the tank @ 225. I'm jealous.
One question, do you feel the cable v-bars really well? I only ask, because personally I don't like the v-bar as much for cable rows. I love them for lat pull downs, but the ROM seems to be cut shorter. I know personally I usually use the shoulder width, neutral grip handle on cable rows.-

it's coming tomorrow.. be ready.. my new goal is to pound out 50 easy ones with 55 then up the rep count past that with the bar.. once first 50 gets easy ill start increasing there

yeah i havent experienced any major differences.. i try to really focus on pulling with my back and using a lighter weight with lots of volume.. i'll test out the small bar again since i havent done them in so long just to see how they feel at the same intensity.

I'm not a fan of lotion fapping. You gotta use such an excess (otherwise it rubs in and you got problems on (well, in) your hands) that then it is a messy clean up. Because, Id on't know about yall, but I ain't about to start lotioning my arms and sh*t with that same lotion.
Shower + Conditioner is my favorite.
FYI... don't use conditioners that have any sort of menthol.-

solid info. I'm not a fan of the lotion jerk either. KY jelly is pretty awesome if you feel like putting in the time to clean it up.
I'm a fan of the old fashioned raw way personally.
I had a bad experience once where I rubbed one out after a squat session and used a little lotion. Well, the equiblock wasn't totally washed off my hands, and about 2 minutes in, it got to me.
