    Odd pain in my left arm just below my delt. Just wasnt happening today. Noticed a bend in that arm from unrack. Not sure what it is but it is seriously affecting my pressing power.

    Spent the weekend in Ohio w the gfs fam. Ate a ton and came back two pounds lighter. Nice!!

    The added boost from the uncut has really helped. Since I'm fasted in the morning this really gives me the feeling of a nice cup of coffee and helps me push thru these tough sets when I'm not running 100%.

    i've been having issues w/ youtube for the last 24 hrs. finally got mine to load randomly. not sure what the deal is. any reason why your work load has been so low recently?
