Pretty sure you hit the ground between reps on snatch grip deads. Would've been mirin' 12 rep sets @ 225lbs without straps, but now I just expect more out of Matt's Hams.
lol at super good camera angle on the fronts then arse kicker guy in the squat rack on thelast pull.
back angle looked good for the most part on fronts besides the wobble on the last rep.seeing as that's all the camera angle showed that's all i will comment on. lotta back bend on the pulls, first vid included. for having such beautiful hams you sure do suck at the dead lift

Yeah between te sick and fatigue it sort if went downhill. Weight actually felt heavier when I switched to mixed grip.
And my vids are always less than a minute besides this one haha. I don't feel like editing. Sorry ant. Ha
same 've been pulling hook almost every lift recently. for some reason mixed grip has made my set up feel gross

Fronts looked pretty good. Deads need a little bit of work to put your back in a better position I think. Strong regardless. Just don't go to Snap City.

You got Wade coaching you too, right? I'm sure he'll tell you what to fix and how, when he sees an issue. I do think your form looked better on previous videos, so maybe it was just fatigue from being sick.
