    Taste - 10/10 Both Blue Raspberry and Pineapple flavors were outstanding. This is the best tasting supplement I have ever used. I actually looked forward to taking them. Mixing was easy and there was no residue left in the glass.

    Focus - 9/10: Two scoops would have me locked into my workouts.

    Energy - 10/10: Energy was not overwhelming but remained at a steady level through my workouts whether I was running or lifting weights. I used both Beta-Cret Extreme and regular Beta-Cret. Both provided plenty of energy without over stimulating. I never had any jitters or a post-workout crash, just a gradual return to normal. It was hard to tell if there was much difference between the Extreme and regular. It seemed, at times, that the energy level was a little higher and lasted a little longer with the Extreme.

    Endurance - 10/10: This is what I liked the most about Beta-Cret. I noticed a significant increase in my endurance both during cardio and weight training. I was able to work at a much higher volume than before. Recovery between sets was faster and more complete, allowing me to do more sets and keep the rep count up. Recovery between workouts was also improved.

    Strength - 10/10: Since supplementing with Beta-Cret I have been lifting more and heavier than I have for years.

    Summary: ProMera Sports has an outstanding product in Beta-Cret. It tastes great and produces results. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a pre-workout supplement.

    A big thanks to ProMera Sports and Storm1507 for providing me the opportunity to do this promotion. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. You will always find a tub of Beta-Cret on my shelf..

    Thanks you guys...My benching is not that impressive since it's done on a home gym..If I was using free weights I would probably have subtract 20 or 30 LBS at least but I appreciate your comments....

I know, I shouldn't be doing this..It's just so much fun and feels good to be able to keep up with the 20 and 30 year olds on the court..I'm gonna blame it on the Beta-Cret...

    Thanks RB..Since I do my benching on a machine and don't have a bar I think I'll be a spectator for this challenge..If I get a chance to get into a gym I might give it a try though...

    Nice looking tricpes pushdowns Lonnie. i don't think a normal 20-30 year old can keep up with the amount of cardio you do.
