It starts off as the hardest stuff ever. But then you realize you're doing less than 100% on everything and going submaximal for so many sets near max makes you damn strong and comfortable with the weight. I plan to rock the APA West Coast Powerlifting competition on November 17th in Sacramento! (<--- but I probably won't because I'll be in between weight classes and I'm super weak LOL but it will be fun!)

all my workouts are ususal 1-2 hrs long lol
