Need help with setting up a diet...

Hello, I have been trying to set up a diet that will help me with getting a six pack. I am 17 and weigh roughly 135 and am 5'8. I don't kno what my body fat percentage is but I weight train and do cardio every day. I just need help with a diet that will help me lose enough fat to get the abs.

Sample of what I do now:

Morning 9:00-- 4 egg whites and 1 egg yolk

11:00-- almonds (hand full or two)

12:00-- chicken breast (roughly 8 oz), 1/4 cup brown rice, and 1/2 non fat cottage cheese

2:00-- banana or apple and almonds

    5:00-- dinner whatever is made..

    7:00-- almonds

I just need help with possible changes.. Should I use whey protein for shakes?

    Thank you!

you don't need a food schedule...if it helps you thats fine-once you figure out your macros^, but you need to figure out how many calories you need, what they need to be made of(protein, carbs, or fats) and then go from there.
Also, working out every day is a really bad idea, if you are just starting out, go for a full body workout 2-3 times a week with a minimum of a day in between to allow for proper recovery. good luck!
