I currently use scivation xtend as an intra workout supplement...in fact its great when i drink it all day...I GUESS my question is...what can compare to scivation xtend and still allow you to drink all day as Xtend allows you to...with zero sugar and zero carbs?...is there anything that compares to this product?

SAN makes a couple of great intra-workouts as well:
BCAA-Pro 5000 is our standard BCAA supplement, comparable to Xtend/RecoverPro.

And then for an extra boost, Intra-Fuel has some added goodies like citmal, BA, EAAs, etc. comparable to Purple Wraath.

Hope this helps!

Pretty sure alot of BCAA supps are comparable to Xtend, also pretty sure drinking a BCAA supp in a gallon of water a day isn't going to maintain any protein levels. You can use Layne's PP, but honestly he speaks more of Leucine then the effects of BCAA. So even then Recoverpro is a good choice, or almost any BCAA or EAA product with high amounts of leucine.

You can drink BCAA all day long at the end of the day it's going to do about as much as some Koolaid. You get enough aminos from whole foods and protein shake. Aminos are nice, but like I said we get plenty already. I like the BCAA that's already naturally in the protein. If it's from Chicken, Steak, Eggs, Protein powder. It's plenty.
Taking BCAA is like someone taking vitamin C throughout the day because they want to be extra healthy lol. Poor bastards that buy this stuff.

No I never said Vitamin C isn't worth taking, once a day is good. I was just making a point. I never said BCAA isn't worth getting. You get plenty of BCAA in the diet. I'm assuming if you workout on a regular basis you do eat more than just salad right? If the diet isn't in check as far as getting the right foods and one of them being Protein (BCAA) enriched foods, you think BCAA powder is going to make up for your lack of calories or proteins? Won't do a damn thing.
Oh wait are you someone who eats a good lifters diet? Do you already take protein powder? Don't need seperate BCAA then. BCAA powder isn't going to do jack **** either way. Funny how that works out. It's all about the protein, BCAA is in protein yes. Protein is a whole BCAA is only a part of that whole. get the whole thing.
