Have you had a bad experience with cherry flavored medicine as a kid? That could be why lol.

Hah I was just given yah sh*t for it not being TJ cherry. I actually tried the Kelloggs cherry poptart just yesterday for the first time tbh. Grabbed it because I thought of you (lol no homo). Wasn't bad, but still prefer the TJ's version. IDK, I've became a huge fan of the fruit flavored poptarts, just due to the tartness.

Kelloggs definitely has an artificial cherry taste; however, it's the nostalgia that always keeps me coming back for more!

So, I woke up at 163.0 again despite literally sitting on my ass at work, sitting on my ass at Sarah's and sitting on my ass studying at home. The only activity I got yesterday was showering and my OHP day. I think a bump in macros is in order, but not sure where to bump. Current macros are : 60/375/195 - f/c/p.

    I'm open to suggestions!

Depends on how you respond best... If you respond well to higher carbs then I would bump carbs (maybe 25g or so), but I don't respond very well to carbs so I personally would bump fats by 5-10g. I love the feel when NEAT is down but weight doesn't change

Obviously sitting on your ass isn't working for you.
    Try standing...

I tried your technique yesterday and I gained .2 of a pound.
It doesn't work for me either..
She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

Nope. I got a little too dependent on it. I know where my average burn is, so it isn't necessary.
