Great workout. Deads felt money, and had it not been for my lungs cashing out, I had 1 or 2 more in me. Feeling pretty good about my progress over the last few weeks, I feel like I'm really finding my groove. Unfortunately next week is a deload, but I'm sure my body could use it. Then it's on the the 8's!
Today was my first day weighing myself and tracking macros again (took 10 days off lol). I actually lost a lb while not tracking. Macros will be increasing from where they were before I took my break from tracking. Right now, I will be eating 60/340/190. I was down to 45/225/190 for a while there on my "prep that didn't happen." I'm going to be conservative seeing as I was in a deficit for 8-9 weeks, so I can gain slow and steady. I'm glad to be back on the gain train!

This, in fact, does work
Haha, you did. My mistake!
Now that you translated it to Irish, I understand
Chili was easy peasy :
1.25lbs x lean ground turkey breast
1 medium onion (chopped)
6 cloves of garlic chopped
28oz can crushed tomatoes + 1 can full of water
16 oz can kidney beans
10 dashes of tapatio hot sauce
liberal amounts of the following :
cumin, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and cayenne
3tbsp cornstarch (proofed)
Brown turkey, onions and garlic in pan, then throw everything (except cornstarch) in a slow cooker for 4-5 hours. proof cornstarch and slowly stir in. boil for a few minutes then shut off.
I don't have the complete macros for pancakes. I followed your latest recipe (stiffening the egg whites) but cut the volume. Did not use oats
Thanks, holmes! lol

Good stuff in here! I'm starting to shred too haha, btw do you worry about muscle loss while doing a deload week while in a deficit? I'm running 5/3/1 as well and I just get paranoid about not lifting heavy while in a deficit.

Hmm... intradesting!
I liked the 10's wave, but I'm excited for heavier weights and lower reps
Nah. I deloaded during prep every fourth week. Muscle loss will happen in a deficit, but it won't be drastic enough where you should worry about it. Unless of course you are in a ridiculous deficit... then you might want to start worrying lol.
Putting this on my to do list.
I usually cook mine in the micro, but when I have some time I'll do the stove top.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

Hah anytime. I really enjoyed them due to the fact the filling actually tastes like straight up Jam/Jelly, and there is copious amounts of it compared to those in Kelloggs versions. Toasting them makes it even better sometimes. I either prefer them straight out of the package "cold" (as in the frig not freezer) or toasted.
