This certainly has taken the journal in a new direction..........
While green mankini (that is my new name for that monstrosity) initially worked at being an excellent appetite deterrent, I found much like DOMS, cardio sessions and annoying people who curl in the squat racks...I can power through the distraction by focusing on something else. Try again, chess master.......I had the misfortune of discovering Ben and Jerry's What a Cluster during a cheat meal. This knowledge is not safe with me.
Like what you did with the highlights, but the oil from the fry bin might dull it. I'd be careful if I were you, MoMcMooseindrivethru.

You and I have VERY DIFFERENT ideas of what constitutes meeting criteria for being hot.
And yes...steering clear except for at most part of a weekly cheat/refeed. Trust me, if you ever had some of these new flavors.....you'd want a way to work em into the cheat/refeed occasionally. Just ridic. So maybe it is better you haven't. I'll keep em on my radar in your stead.

I'm working on a 2nd membership to the other big gym in our town, lol! Just so that I can motivate other people to go with me. Man people are so co-dependent!

I'm retiring in Florida. Screw this cold a@@ weather....... lol
On Monday I had a wikked Upper Power sesh, and yesterday was Lower Power. Since I trained @ home, I decided that my biceps needed extra work too .... so I started with the bar and worked my way up to a nice set of 80 x 3 BB curl!! That's a huge PR for my weak little girl arms!! I will post a couple of vids for a form check later.
My body is telling me to NOT train tonight, but I really, really wanna!! We shall see
