If I had to use my own, I would just use:
1. cit mal 5-6g
2. Agmatine 750mg
3. Beta alanine 1g
4. green bulge
5. add caffeine pills sometimes but wont happen often
This is just what I need. Others will probably be able to think of something which contains more ingredients. whenever I use my bulk supplements, this is all I need to take.

Some of this stuff is cheaper if you look around on other sites especially one that sells mainly bulk supplies. As for drinking it, I would recommend just chugging it or putting the powder in your mouth and chasing it. Encapsulating them would make it a lot easier imo. I doubt anything will really mask the taste of that stuff.
