Can I make my own Pre-Workout Supplement?

What are the main ingredients of pre-workout supplement.
How many Grams of each I have to use?

Do something like this:

Agmatine: 500-1000mg
Citrulline Malate: 6g
Beta Alanine: 1.6-2g (+another 1.6-2g a couple hours later)
Caffeine: 100-200mg
ALCAR: 1.5g

You could throw creatine in there if you wanted or you could take creatine at any other time of day, it doesn't matter: 3-5g

If I had to use my own, I would just use:

1. cit mal 5-6g
2. Agmatine 750mg
3. Beta alanine 1g
4. green bulge
5. add caffeine pills sometimes but wont happen often

This is just what I need. Others will probably be able to think of something which contains more ingredients. whenever I use my bulk supplements, this is all I need to take.

You can try several combination of ingredients if you wish to try. However, I prefer convenience.

Some of this stuff is cheaper if you look around on other sites especially one that sells mainly bulk supplies. As for drinking it, I would recommend just chugging it or putting the powder in your mouth and chasing it. Encapsulating them would make it a lot easier imo. I doubt anything will really mask the taste of that stuff.
